3. Experience in a position to plant palm oil for 5 years
4. Minimal computer can operate MS Office
5. Willing to be placed in the Outer City (Langkat)
6. Having the ability to lead, optimistic, communicative, disciplined, independent, and can work together in the lead.

2. Minimum SPMA / D-III Agriculture
3. Fresh Graduated, or experience in the position for 1 year
4. Minima can operate computer MS Office
5. Willing to be placed outside the city (Mandailing Natal (Madina))
6. Can make a work plan daily, weekly, monthly, and can analyze and evaluate the results of production.
